In that video I just told you one of my secrets and it was a little scary.

I told you about the voice inside my head.

Certified nutcase?

We ALL have our own self sabotaging habits. We get in our own way; over and over again.

Mental Fitness is a practice that rewires your neurotransmitters. You literally change the way your brain works. I absolutely love this program. In 6 weeks of content, you learn a practice that will last you a lifetime.

In addition, this program is run in small groups, or PODs. The chance to share an intense learning experience with five other people creates a unique opportunity for accountability and support.

I have had so many aha! moments with this program myself. One of them is described in the video.

But there are so many others.

In my parenting I am now acutely aware of when I’m being triggered and to look deeper at MYSELF rather than to automatically assume that my child is rebelling.

In the organization of my day, I now know how to manage to my energy levels. I understand and apply the importance of taking breaks.

In facing my fears of “not being good enough”…..well, I’m doing it right now. I’m writing to you. I have so much to share with you and my fear of writing poorly or ineffectively has stopped me from doing it regularly. Because I want it to be perfect.

But I am trying to embrace the fact that 80% and out, is better than 100% and never sent.
